Anchois in tempura

Anchois in golden tempura, one of the specialties of Spanish cuisine. Perfect as an appetizer served with different kinds of sauces, and this extremely simple to prepare. For best results cook from frozen. Fry on pan or fryer in hot oil in temperature 180°C for approx 1½-2 min., until golden. Preheat oven to  230°C, place the product on a baking tray with baking paper and bake for about 10-12 min. in temp. 230°C. It tastes best when eaten immediately after

Breaded “torpedo” shrimps

Great snack from asian cuisine. Breaded shrimps, pre-fried, quick-frozen product. The distinctive gold battering and surface structure, with visible tail. Prawns in battering of calibrated size, expected count 50 pcs./kg. Product ready for consumption after heat treatment.Take out of packaging, remove foil cover and fry frozen on hot pan in deep oil for about 5 minutes or bake in preheated oven at temperature 200°C for approx. 20-30 minutes, until batter turn gold. Ready shrimps taste great served warm with different sauces.

Myfood first bilboard campaign

We are pleased to announce that in mid-November this year launched our first billboard campaign by MyFood. Bilboards will be located in major urban centers in Poland: Warsaw, Tri-City, Poznan, Katowice, Kraków, Bydgoszcz, Lublin and Szczecin. The star of the campaign will be shrimp ready meals, which can be bought in retail chains: Makro, Alma, Carrefour, Leclerc, Intermarche, Tesco and Auchan!
