Scallops in butter

Here is a simple recipe for tasty scallops in butter:


500 g MyFood scallops, cleaned

3 tablespoons of butter

2 cloves of garlic, chopped

salt and pepper

fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

lemon juice (optional)



Defrost the scallops, rinse them thoroughly under running water and dry them with a paper towel. Heat the butter in a large pan over medium heat. Add the chopped garlic to the heated butter and fry for about 1-2 minutes until the garlic begins to release its aroma.

Add the scallops to the pan and cook over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden. Season with salt and pepper as You like. You can also add some lemon juice. Once the scallops are browned, turn off the heat. Before serving, sprinkle with chopped parsley. Remember to serve the scallops immediately after cooking, while still warm, as an appetizer or as part of the main course.
