Shrimps with garlic and parsley

Here's a simple recipe for fried shrimp sautéed in butter and garlic, sprinkled with freshly chopped parsley.

Ingredients:

400 g peeled shrimps PD (size 31-40 pcs./lb) MyFood

3-4 cloves of garlic, chopped

3 tablespoons of butter

salt and pepper to taste

fresh parsley for sprinkling

 

Preparation:

Heat the butter in a large pan over medium heat. Add the chopped garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn the garlic.

Add defrosted, peeled shrimp to the pan. Fry the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on one side until they turn pink. Turn the shrimp over to the other side and fry for another 2-3 minutes. When the shrimp are ready, season them with salt and pepper. Put fried shrimps to a bowl and sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley.

Serve immediately with crusty bread!
